why Can the same data give two different hashes in a Merkle Tree? is yes.in my opinion ,The same input always has the same output when passed into a hashing function,it means the question answer should be no?

In a Merkle Tree, what gets hashed is not just the data, but also the structure. If we're talking about just hashing the same data. No is the answer But if we're talking about Merkle Trees, positions matters. Yes, the overall tree can produce a different result.

because keccak256(A,B) ≠ keccak256(B,A), same data with different order give two different hashes in a Mekle tree
